KRIYA YOGA RETREAT

10 DAYS 3K KUNDALINI WORKSHOP
The 3-K Kundalini Workshop in Bali at Avasthanam in Ubud, Bali, is designed to purify and nourish your energy bodies, preparing you to encounter the divinity within. The 3-K stands for ‘Karma - Kriya - Kayakalpa,’ which are essential elements in the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
In this workshop, you will explore Karma Yoga, the yoga of selfless action; learn traditional Kriya Yoga practices, which involve specific techniques for cleansing and balancing the chakras; and delve into 'Kaya Kalpa,' the ancient science of body rejuvenation and immortality. Through these practices, we guide you on the path of Kundalini awakening, helping you tap into your highest potential and achieve spiritual transformation.
SPIRITUAL RETREAT
Spiritual retreats offer a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in traditional and effective techniques of meditation and breathwork, fostering the rejuvenation of the mind, body, and soul. Unlike typical workshops, these retreats provide a dedicated space for deep self-inquiry and reflection through continuous practice. At our retreats,
we offer two distinct types of spiritual journeys, each designed to help participants reconnect with their inner selves and experience profound personal transformation. These retreats are crafted to guide you on a path of inner peace, spiritual awakening, and holistic well-being.

SILENCE (VIPASSANA)RETREAT
A Silence (Vipassana) retreat is a transformative journey of healing for the mind, body, and soul through the profound practice of silence. By disconnecting from the external world, participants engage in spiritual practices that foster calmness and holistic well-being. This retreat is particularly suited for those seeking to overcome trauma, anxiety, and physical ailments by embracing a disciplined lifestyle.
During the retreat, participants are required to adhere to a strict code of conduct, including wearing white attire, abstaining from cell phone use, and committing fully to the prescribed practices of Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, meditation, and pranayama. The retreat's structure encourages self-surrender and introspection, guiding individuals on a path of inner rejuvenation and spiritual renewal.
